Paul founded Willis Works to help small and mid-sized businesses hire with more speed, clarity, and care. He possesses over 15 years of experience in business operations and process improvement—and a track record of full-cycle recruiting across operational, administrative, and technical roles.
Before launching Willis Works, Paul served as Director of Recruiting and Retention at HeiTech Services, where he led people-first strategies that cut time-to-hire, boosted candidate satisfaction, and prevented major revenue loss through faster vacancy fulfillment. His hands-on approach includes everything from clarifying job requirements to sourcing talent, coordinating interviews, and guiding onboarding.
